Corporate Golf Planning - "The Devil is in the Detail"

At NGL Golf, our many years of experience running corporate golf events has shown us that the detailed planning of each event is key to its success.

The process will start with an overview meeting to discuss the objectives for your event, allowing clear goals to be set.  Once we all know where we are heading, the next step will be a full planning meeting to discuss every aspect of the golf day.

One of the key decisions for your golf day is venue choice.  We will work with you to choose the most suitable venue, based on any preferences you may have and our extensive knowledge of UK and European golf courses.

Once a venue has been selected we will meet with them as often as necessary to discuss every aspect of the event and ensure they are aware of their responsibilities both prior to the event and on the day itself.

For all meetings, detailed agendas are prepared ensuring that every aspect of the golf event is considered and implemented, with full contact reports sent to each party involved.

Once objectives, format, venue and other key decisions have been decided, a fully itemised budget and staged payment plan will be produced.
